Conditions de vente pour les lots 68J à 69J La vente sera faite au comptant. Les acquéreurs paieront en sus des enchères, selon les tarifs réglementés (arrêté du 26 février 2016), les frais suivants : 12% HT (soit 12,66% TTC pour les livres et 14.40 % TTC pour les autres lots). Dès l’adjudication prononcée, les achats sont sous l’entière responsabilité de l’adjudicataire. Aucun lot ne sera remis aux acquéreurs avant acquittement de l’intégralité des sommes dues. Le droit de suite est applicable sur ces lots, conformément à la législation en vigueur.

Special conditions of sale for lots 68J to 69J The sale will be conducted in Euros. The buyers will pay in addition to the hammer price, according to the French oicial rate published on 26 February 2016 judiciary sales, a buyer’s premium of 12% without VAT (12.66% including VAT for Books and 14.40% including VAT for any other lots). The buyer will be responsible for the lots from the time of the purchase in the saleroom. The buyers will not be entitled to take possession of their lots before payment is made in full. Please note artist resale right is due on these lots according to the law
