Henri GRÉGOIRE (1750–1831). Letter to Professor Friedrich WILKEN, 1 page, in-8°, address (slightly water-stained, framed). - He is sending him “the proceedings of the Physical Sciences and Mathematics Section,” as well as a second copy of his *Ruins of Port-Royal*; this way, he can set aside the first copy for Mr. Werkmeister or one of his friends... - ENCLOSED: 2 framed documents: a baptismal record from Fousseret (1792), and a letter from Charles Lebrun-Bignon sent from Paris to his wife in Geneva on February 4, 1871 (postage stamp and postmarks, with a registered mail envelope).
