Set of seventeen silver and silver-gilt (vermeil) (925) flatware and one dessert spoon. PARIS, A.M. TALLOIS ET TALLOIS-MAYENCE, ap. 1838 (Minerve). Filets, scrolls and acanthus leaves. Partial gilding (spoons and forks) probably later. Weight : 1721 g A set of eight dessert knives with silver or gilded metal blades and mother-of-pearl handles. The blades are decorated with flowers and marked F. NICOUD / 19 Bd DE STRASBOURG / PARIS in a rectangular cartouche. Gross weight (knives): 343.7 g
