Silver egoiste VERSEUSE (950). PARIS, Jean-Pierre CHARPENAT (received master in 1782), 1789 (Bernier hallmark / 89). Single tripod model with medallion-shaped feet and attachments, the body with a turned wooden side handle in a bulbous disk mantle, the spout adorned with fluting, the rim of the neck encircled by a pearled frieze. The scrolled thumb rest lid has a raised edge and a flat, double-threaded terrace topped by a knob handle. It is edged with a frieze of twisted leaves. Shocks and accidents, deformations, missing pin, slight dent of a foot in the body, missing and broken wooden handle. Height: 13.5 cm - Gross weight: 230 g.
