Gold, enameled, 3rd class cross of the Order of St. Stanislaus with military title, vermeil center surround on the obverse, hallmarked on the ring with title 56 with the kokochnik, goldsmith: "V...". (possibly Varvara Dietwal for Édouard); with ribbon; width 41 mm, gross weight 18.1 g. (Small reinforcement at the trigger guard, on the reverse; this cross has undergone some restoration). Period, Imperial Russia, late 19th, early 20th century. Good condition.
