Mantelpiece in barbotine with Japanese décor; the clock is crowned with a magot; the drum with cherry blossom branches rests on a nave animated with musicians, itself carried on simulated waves and a base in imitation wood; the dial with branch decoration indicates the hours in Roman numerals and the minutes by graduations. The vases with cameo character or branch reserves stand out against natural iris and bamboo backgrounds. Engraved mark of Jules Vieillard in Bordeaux and numbered D1019 or 629.
