Chased ormolu and marble mantel set consisting of a clock and a pair of candelabras. The three-light candelabra in the form of putti holding the bouquet and standing on terraces "au naturel"; rectangular bases with protrusion; small corded toupie feet. The clock features the attributes of Love, flanked by horns of plenty laden with flowers and fruit. The enamelled dial signed "Raingo Frères à Paris" indicates the hours in Roman numerals and the minutes in Arabic numerals in increments of five, alternating with fleur-de-lys. Late 19th century. Pendulum: H. 46 cm - W. 34 cm Candelabra: H. 42 cm (chipped winding hole; cracked glass on rear bezel).
