For example, emeralds may be oiled, rubies and sapphires may be heat-treated, pearls may be bleached, and so on. These treatments are traditional and accepted on the international jewelry market. In view of the increasing number of new treatments, gemstones without certificates are sold without any guarantee that they have been treated. Please note that the origin of the stones and the quality (color and purity of the diamonds) reflect the opinion of the laboratory issuing the certificate. Concerning watches: restorations, modifications, technical characteristics, serial numbers, dimensions and weight are given to the best of our ability.
