Two proofs, the first of the 5th state of 7, one of 2 copies annotated "5e état, N°1bis, la grand-mère dans son lit, effet de lumière". The second of the definitive state, posthumously stamped and numbered 1/18. Stamps of the former H.M.Petiet collection to each, and L.Delteil to the second (Lugt 1723, 5031.) (Delteil 80, V/VII, VII/VII) Small margins, light soiling. 17 x 25,6cm.
