Louis XIII-style model with flat branch and flowered ring, rat tail and spear point, three-pronged forks, openwork three-lobed ends decorated with mascaron and fleurons. It includes, in silver: 20 entremets cutlery sets, 20 cheese knives with mother-of-pearl handles, steel blades marked CARDEILHAC, 8 salt spoons; in silver-gilt: 19 entremets cutlery sets and one spoon, 20 fruit knives with mother-of-pearl handles; 12 silver and silver-gilt serving pieces: a strawberry scoop, an ice serving spoon (scoop marked CARDEILHAC), three sprinkling spoons, a pair of serving spoons, a candy set (4 pieces), 12 tea or coffee spoons (gilding worn) in their case marked on the inside of the lid: Cardeilhac / 24, Place Vendôme / PARIS.
