750 thousandths gold double-cased pocket watch, white enamel dial with painted Roman numerals. Embossed outer case, decorated with a military scene, the central figure riding proudly on his steed, in a foliate scroll and shell surround. Rooster movement, key winding, verge escapement and meeting wheel, chain and fusee, signed M. Johnson London on the plate, numbered 1515. In a gilt metal and shagreen case. English workmanship from the second half of the 18th century (minor accidents, movement as is). Gross weight: 127.30 g. Diameter: 47 mm.
