Inner case in 750 thousandths gold. Mechanical movement with anchor escapement. It is held by a 750 thousandths gold attachment stylizing a knot and adorned with a 750 thousandths gold safety chain. Partly Swiss made, circa 1900 (as is), gross weight: 24.10 g. diameter: 28.5 mm.
