Drapery necklace in platinum 850 thousandths, centered on a scroll motif holding a beautifully colored pear-cut emerald in a claw-set setting. The choker is composed of articulated rod links with invisible ratchet clasp and eight safety catches. Set with brilliant-cut, baguette-cut and 8/8-cut diamonds. Circa 1950 (chips) Emerald weight: 5.78 cts. It is accompanied by a GEM Paris certificate no. 20141971630-4 dated 16.11.2014, attesting to Colombian origin, modification by slight oil impregnation not significantly affecting the stone's appearance. Diamond weight: approx. 10 cts each. Gross weight: 71 g. Length: 40.5 cm approx.
