Four porcelain plates of Sevres of the first half of the XIXth century Various marks in hollow, marks in blue and manganese with the stamp with the two C interlaced with lily, above the mention Sevres and 25 for 1825, marks of gilders, certain signed decorations. With polychrome decoration in the center of a city view, in a gold cartouche, the fall with a large frieze of rushes intercalated with heads of flowers and an inscription in a cartouche formed by cut leathers, the wing with a gold frieze of floral motifs and palmettes intercalated standing out on an agate blue background (small wear and small scratches) Provenance: From the series of "36 plates agate background landscape Views of France" delivered as a gift to "M le Duc de Polignac (Ambassador of France in England)" on September 25, 1825.
