Silver metal badge, four-lobed, representing the Polish eagle on a red enameled background, circumference marked: "POLONIAE BENE MERENTIBUS LUTETIA A. D. MCMXX PARISIORUM", screw back mounting; 46 x 45 mm; numbered: "233"; presented in a square case with a piece of red ribbon with four white stripes. Early 20th century. Very good condition. This medal would have been attributed, by the Paderewski government, to the French, English, Belgian, Italian allies... during the military commission of armament, in 1920, of which Colonel de Gaulle was a member; this commission was chaired by Romer to arm militarily the young Polish republic, in 1920.
