MV 3282) to represent Henri de Navarre, the founder of the Bourbon dynasty in 1589. Depicted full-length, this figure of the young king in the troubadour style is in fact a true propaganda figure for the glory of the Bourbons. The silver original commissioned to Bosio and destined for the king was a huge success and was followed by numerous other copies in marble and bronze.
