Large in-4°, soft ivory vellum with small overlaps, traces of lakes (period binding). Founding text of the new religion which appeared for the first time in Latin in Basel in 1536 and of which the first French version, reworked, was published in 1541. From the library of André Blanc, with manuscript bookplate on the title. Rusty stains on the boards and on some leaves; wetness in the same way; handwritten inscriptions of the time in the margins.
