19th century, possibly Darte. Oval, resting on a moulded pedestal and a square base, with polychrome decoration, on the face of a representation of the Virgin and Child with
Saint John the Baptist in a landscape, the reverse of an inhabited lakeside landscape, in rectangular gold reserves engraved with plant friezes standing out against a gold background engraved with shields with mascarons between two large palmette friezes on the pedestal and neck, two cracks restored on the body

The scene represents The Virgin with the Veil after Raphael, kept in the Louvre
Museum.
