Souvenir frame containing General Dedon's decorations: an Officer's Cross of the Order of the Legion of Honor in enameled gold, fluted ring; diameter approx. 41 mm; Presidency model, with its rosette ribbon; a Cross of the Order of the Legion of Honor, reduction, in vermeil, of the same period; diameter approx. 25 mm; two St. Helena Medals, reduced size, one gilded, the other in patinated bronze; width approx. 19 mm; in the middle, a lock of the general's hair; black lacquered oval frame, guilloché gilded brass surround; inscription on the back: "Decorations of General Dedon"; 30 x 24 cm. Présidence and Second-Empire periods. Good condition.
