Plaque de grand officier de l'ordre de la Légion d'honneur, silver branches decorated with sequins, decorated between the branches with enameled gold tricolor flags, at the bottom two tricolor ribbons tying four flagpoles, three-part gold center, on a silver background; on the back, two hooks and a toggle pin; hare's head hallmark on one point and goldsmith's hallmark: "E T" in a rectangle on the pin; diameter 76 mm, gross weight 45.26 g. (Two flag points and the four strands of the bow have lost their gold parts). Louis-Philippe period. Good to very good condition.
