Three medals: - Bronze medal, obverse with profile of Napoleon III, engraved by Barre, reverse with crowned imperial eagle, marked on the rim: "MAISON DE L'IMPERATRICE" and below: "MME DE SANCY DAME DU PALAIS"; diameter 50.5 mm. (Depatinated). Good condition. - Gilt pewter medal, obverse with profile of Napoleon III, engraved by H. Ponscarme F., on the reverse, around the rim: "EXPOSITION UNIVERSELLE DE MDCCCLXVII A PARIS", in its original morocco-style red cardboard box with large imperial arms; diameter 51 mm. Very good condition. - Large patinated bronze medal, engraved by Barre: "RECOMPENSES IMPERIALES", reverse: "EMPIRE FRANCAIS - MAISON DE L'EMPEREUR", center: "RAPPEL - SALON DE 1859 - MR BLANCHARD (AUGUSTE) MEDAILLE DE IERE CLASSE"; diameter 68 mm. Very good condition. Second Empire period.
