Pair of large mahogany and burl mahogany console tables; rectangular in shape with hollowed-out sides, each features a large drawer in the front and rests on fluted column shafts darkened in brass, joined by a shelf and standing on toupee feet. The mirrored backs create a perspective effect. Knurled gilt bronze ornamentation; turquoise marble tops. Late Louis XVI period. H. 97 cm - W. 128 cm - D. 43 cm (Restoration).
