SINCENY ou ROUEN
Exceptional large rectangular earthenware cabaret tray decorated in polychrome with a scene depicting three-masted ships in a bay with a goods landing with numerous figures busy with their tasks near a village with sign on the left and ancient ruins on the right with an inscription on a cut stone "Drot" in a large rocaille cartouche formed of squared foliage and shells.
18th century, circa 1750 (restorations).

It is presented set on a so-called cabaret table made from the top in the manner of 18th-century cabaret tables, the decoration repeating some of the top's motifs in polychrome.
