Light cavalry officer's saber, silver-plated brass hilt, filleted limb with a drop at the top, mounts decorated with a palmette, quillon finished with a knob, lion's head pommel, decorated at the rear with a palmette and engraved with foliage, squared ebony spindle; curved blade, gilded and one-third blued; blued iron scabbard with three silvered brass fittings, cut and decorated with fillets; length 100 cm. (Old repair to the upper part of the branch). First Empire period. Very good condition.
