Portico" clock in chased and gilded bronze and black and white marble; the cornice top surmounted by a navette vase with garlands of fruit and flowers flanked by four seeds; the pilastered uprights support the dial in a drape; quadrangular base with water leaves or string of pearls; small strap feet. The enameled dial signed "Armingaud l'aîné à Paris" indicates the hours in Arabic numerals and the minutes in increments of fifteen. Late 18th century (no pendulum; a chip on the back of the base). Height: 43 cm
