File of eight documents concerning the military career of Mr. Nicolas François de Boney (Bonnay) de Nonancourt, from the end of the 18th century and the emigration from 1792. He was born in Verdun on March 7, 1755 (?): - Letter of nomination by the Vicomte de Custine concerning a charge of second lieutenant in the colonial company of the infantry regiment of Rouergue, dated Versailles June 2, 1777, signed: "Louis". - Charge of second lieutenant in the company of chasseurs of the regiment of infantry of Rouergue, dated of Versailles May 10, 1780, signed: "Louis". - Charge of second lieutenant in the company of Dalen in the regiment of infantry of Cambrésis, dated October 12, 1780, signed: "Louis".
