Officer's saber type 1822, fancy, for a colonial officer, four-pronged gilt brass guard, decorated, between the second and third prong, with a large corded anchor, monogrammed cap: "G K" surmounted by a Viscount or Count crown, plate stamped, under the quillon: "PETITFILS BC BAILHACHE"; long and thin curved blade of Montmorency type, ice polished, stamped: "P B" at the heel; white polished iron scabbard with a single strap of bélière; length 115 cm. End of 19th century, beginning of 20th century. Very good condition.
