Black and gold lacquer butsudan portable altar, the doors and uprights adorned with ironwork, opening with two doors in front of a Buddha with his hands in dhyana mudra, seated in padmasana on a lotus-shaped pedestal on a multi-story octagonal base, a shishi between two stories, all resting on an octagonal base on baluster feet. Meiji period (1868-1912). (Bag with charms, a unscrewed fitting in the front of the lower part of a door, wear of the lacquer in the lower part, restoration to an upper corner on the back).
