Earthenware plate with contoured border, with polychrome decoration of a bastille or fortress with open drawbridge framed by two cannons and a flag surmounted by a fleur-de-lis on the left tower bearing the inscription "Vivre libre ou mourire", soldiers with bayonets on the ramparts. End of the 18th century, Revolutionary period (chips and wear of the enamel). D : 22,5 cm On the back, provenance label Paris, Drouot, June 1967.
