Slightly truncated cone-shaped case made of metal and zoned blue and brown agate, mounted as a pompom with chiselled rockery decoration, the lid opening hingedly by a push-button set with a diamond rose is provided with a belly (the upper part to be refixed). The multi-compartment interior contains a pair of silver and steel scissors (stamp imported from the Netherlands, 1814-1831), a silver needle (Paris, 1819-1838), a silver and mother-of-pearl penknife (Paris, 1809-1819), and other missing instruments. One missing agate plate, as is. France or England, ca. 1750-1770. Gross weight of instruments: 10.3 g H: 10 cm - W: 3.5 cm - D: 1.7 cm
