2 L. A. S. "Colette Willy" and "Colette - et Maurice" [1907 ? - 1953], 1 page and a half in-8° and 1 page in-12 oblong on the back of her photograph (postcard, Lipnitzki) with envelope. Hotel Métropole, Brussels [circa November 1907 ?]. - After a friend's article: "But yes, it's madness [...] One of the greatest writers of this time... it's not possible, come on, - I would know. [...] Claudine and I were given an excellent welcome last night at the Alcazar". Committed until December 1st, [my] days will be free to read, [me] rest "and even work, even though I am a lazy bumpkin. I have an idea that could lead to a novel - I'm worried"... - March 1, 1953, to André Maurois: "I am in love, in love with your book. I can never tell you enough"... - A postcard is attached showing Colette Willy doing a caricature of Willy on the easel, with a message from Willy on the back.
