Cup and saucer in hard porcelain; fire-green agate background, cup in the shape of a bowl with pedestal, golden handles, in the shape of a sheath ending with women's heads, rim decorated with garlands of leaves and golden palmettes, golden interior; saucer with decoration in continuation, the white center decorated with a rosette, back signed in blue: "Dihl". Period, Paris, circa 1797/1800 (small wears on the frieze of the saucer).
