Hard porcelain plate with polychrome and gold decoration on a nanking background, decorated with a frieze of amomum or aralastrum in the center and on the wing; gold filet on the border and stylized frieze on the marli; on the reverse side, marked in red, stencilled, on the cover: "de Sèvres 7" (for the year 1807) and an old label marked: "Rentrée du 30 septembre 1807 - Service de dessert..." (Back to September 30, 1807 - Dessert service...). (the torn suite). First Empire period. (Very good condition). Diam: 23,5 cm This plate, which entered the store of the Manufacture on September 30, 1807, comes from the dessert service with nankin background, frieze amomum, colored on the bottom, which consisted, at the time, of 72 flat plates (including the one we present), sold each 16 francs, 8 stewed fruit compotiers, 8 compotiers with beads, 2 sugar bowls, 2 strawberry bowls, 2 coolers head of elephant and 2 jasmine baskets. This whole service was sold for 2,336 francs
