Power of attorney given as owner of the Dauphin, La Providence and La Pauline, to request payment from Mr Walsh frères, traders in Marseille (name of the prosecutor left blank)... 4 September, to Mr Roux frères, in Marseille. Analysis of his case against Walsh frères, for which Mr. Roux found him a prosecutor, and refusal of the draft arrangement proposed by the Walshes... October 20th. Sales accounts and net proceeds from returns from the trip to Newfoundland in 1769, from the ships Le Dauphin, La Providence and "L'Apoline", and sale of the latter, followed by the count of rearmament for Newfoundland in 1770 from the other two ships.... January 21, 1771. On the insurance of his ships The Jean-Baptiste and The Aimable Julie, and reflections on peace and trade with Cadiz and Gibraltar... July 6, to Mr. Roux brothers, on the follow-up given to the Walshes' refusal of the 18% that return to him from their bankruptcy....
